1987 — स्थापना
The Beginning
Shri Sarvajanik Navdurga Utsav Samiti, Dholiwada, Burhanpur, was established in 1987 with unwavering devotion, faith, and reverence for Maa Durga. What began with the sacred purpose of worshipping Maa Durga and bringing the community together has grown into a symbol of our traditions, culture, and collective dedication.

Our Purpose
The Samiti exists to bring the community of Dholiwada together through devotion, cultural celebration, and service. Our purpose is rooted in preserving traditions, fostering unity, and serving the local community. Through our Trust, we also aim to channel donations and community contributions towards helping those in need, supporting underprivileged families, and creating a positive impact on society with compassion, transparency, and a spirit of selfless service.

The First Celebration
In 1987, the first steps towards organizing the Navdurga Utsav were taken with deep devotion, faith, and reverence for Maa Durga. This humble beginning laid the foundation of a religious and cultural tradition in Dholiwada, Burhanpur, bringing the community together through devotion, unity, and celebration.
